This screen shows you what your paper will look like when printed. From the File menu, select Print Preview.
Use these buttons:
Print to send the pages to your printer.
Next Page to display the next page of text.
Prev Page to display the previous page of text.
Two Page to display two pages at a time.
Zoom In to enlarge the text, displaying less of the page.
Zoom Out to reduce the text, displaying more of the page.
Close to exit the Preview.
